Shore Tank Facility
One of our proud achievements is to develop transport of phosphoric acid in tanker vessels to meet demands of customers at most competitive price. The steps include setting up phosphoric acid plant and storage tank system in Fangcheng Port, south of China.
The storage tank system locates on dock of Fangcheng Port and consists of three storage tanks that can be operated separately for different specification, capacity of which is 2,200MT each. Phosphoric acid is transferred over a short distance of 7KM by tanker car from the phosphoric acid plant to the storage tanks without any media packaging. When tanker vessel calls the port, storage of up to 6,600MT of phosphoric acid is then pumped onto the vessel at a rate of 250MT per hour.
Without drum packaging, bulk shipments of phosphoric acid reduce cost and ocean freight, improve efficiency and minimize dependence on workforce.
